Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of employee performance as a key factor in achieving organizational goals, which is influenced by work discipline and the physical work environment. Suboptimal discipline and inadequate workplace conditions may reduce productivity and efficiency. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Biofive Sejahtera Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative research approach using a survey method. The total number of respondents is 90 employees, selected using a census sampling technique. Data were collected through the distribution of Likert-scale questionnaires. The data were processed using SPSS version 27 and analyzed through multiple linear regression to determine the relationship and influence among variables. The results show that work discipline and physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, both variables also demonstrate a positive and significant influence, indicating that higher levels of discipline and better physical working conditions contribute to improved employee performance.
