Hubungan Kelengkapan Surgical Safety Checklist Dengan Nearmiss Intraoperatif Dan Lama Rawat Di Ruang Bedah Sentral

Surgical Safety Checklist (SSC) merupakan instrumen keselamatan pasien yang wajib diisi lengkap pada setiap tahap pembedahan untuk mencegah kesalahan prosedural. Studi pendahuluan di Instalasi Bedah Sentral (IBS) RS Sentra Medika Hospital Cisalak menemukan sejumlah dokumen SSC tidak lengkap yang diduga berkaitan dengan kejadian nearmiss intraoperatif dan pemanjangan lama rawat pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara kelengkapan SSC dengan kejadian nearmiss intraoperatif dan lama rawat pasien di IBS RS Sentra Medika Hospital Cisalak tahun 2026. Penelitian menggunakan desain analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada 183 pasien yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dari data rekam medis dan register Insiden Keselamatan Pasien, dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan Fisher's Exact Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 183 dokumen SSC, 154 (84,1 persen) lengkap dan 29 (15,9 persen) tidak lengkap; kejadian nearmiss intraoperatif terjadi pada 15 pasien (8,2 persen); lama rawat memanjang lebih dari lima hari terjadi pada 29 pasien (15,9 persen); kelengkapan SSC berhubungan bermakna dengan kejadian nearmiss intraoperatif dan dengan lama rawat pasien. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelengkapan SSC berhubungan bermakna dengan kejadian nearmiss intraoperatif dan lama rawat pasien, sehingga rumah sakit disarankan melakukan audit berkala terhadap kelengkapan pengisian SSC guna meningkatkan mutu keselamatan pasien di ruang bedah.
